Choose Morning Arrivals Than At Night

The moment you settle down in the plane, change your time to the destination’s time zone. This will align you psychologically. But do it once you are in the plane not before that or else you will miss the flight.
Keep Moving During The Flight
There is no rule to be seated during the entire flight. Move around, do some stretches and avoid DVT. Keep the blood circulation, otherwise you will have to face jet lag.
Eat light and eat right. You can either eat according to your meal plans or you can start eating according to the new time zone. It is a bit of a hassle but trusts me, it’s worth it.
Soak In The Sun
As soon as you land, you should take a walk in the sun; soak yourself to feel better and energized.
Sleep If Necessary
If you are not jet lagged but you have plans for the day or night, you might want to take a small nap to get back the energy.
